African Grey Parrot
This very photogenic grey parrot was a wonderful model. Distressed Photography: This unique style of art allows me to combine my love of photography with my Design and Photoshop skills. The art piece is a blending of photographs (sometimes over a dozen images). While you may easily identify the major subjects within a piece, you may not realize that all backgrounds, colorization and textures are in fact photographs blended together. These unique design elements may be combinations of dirt, rust, water, ancient walls, concrete (anything that I can photograph with a unique texture). Photographed from the ski lift while skiing at Arapahoe Basin in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The thin blown clouds looking like smoke were cool enough, but then the sun shinning through causing a rainbow of color was even more cool.
